We believe in identifying a person’s passion, skill and strength and allowing them to perform accordingly
We expect our gymnasts to maintain a high level of integrity; demonstrating good sportsmanship, respect for others and taking responsibility for their actions.
We believe in adhering to the code of discipline in accordance with the The Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique statutes.
Artistic Gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics where athletes perform short routines between 30-90 seconds on different apparatuses with little time for vaulting using their physical strength, flexibility, poise, control and coordination. The Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique designs the code of points and governs all aspects of international elite competition.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a fusion of sport and art; combining elements of ballet, gymnastics and skilful manipulation of the ball, rope, ribbon, hoop or cube; throwing, spinning, rolling and catching it. The choreography is performed individually or in a group of up to five people and must cover the entire floor with a balance of jumping, leaping, balancing and pivots. The sport requires a high level of athletic skill, key movements, strength, flexibility, endurance and hand-eye coordination.
